I had a fantastic experience with Yellow Storage - Bromley. I first spoke to Charlie on the Friday after making an online enquiry — he was incredibly helpful, really listened, and asked all the right questions to understand what I needed.When I arrived at the store, Nick and Tim were just as impressive. Both were super helpful, happy to answer any questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. All three of them were friendly, professional, and genuinely great to deal with.Although it’s a little more expensive than some other storage options, it’s absolutely worth it for the level of customer service you receive. Highly recommended!

I used Big Yellow Storage Battersea for about four months and had a great experience. I always felt that my belongings were safe, and the facility was clean and well managed.The staff were especially friendly and helpful. When I came back to the UK after 4 months, Roland helped me sort everything out and he is the one I reached out for any questions, David was always there when I needed help in the building, and Declan helped arrange my night access so I could get to my storage after 6pm.Overall, the team made the experience smooth and stress-free. Wonderfully supportive staff and team facilitated an emotional move of belongings into storage. And all follow up calls since have been met with so much kindness and calm and support. Great service and facility.
