Moving day today! Almas at reception was a great help! Sorting out the lock, straight simple instructions, Lots of support and answering all our questions, no matter how many time we ask again. From the beginning to the end, Almas has been helpful, even with having to change different things with our reservation, as we needed bigger storage!
I used the Big Yellow Storage facility in Dagenham for 8 weeks to store the contents of my house during a move, and the entire experience was excellent. From start to finish, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They guided me through everything I needed, which was exactly the kind of support you want during a stressful moving process. I also enquired about extended access hours, and they sorted that out for me with no hassle at all. The facility itself is top-notch. It was always clean and tidy, and the 24/7 security on-site provided great peace of mind. Getting my items to the unit was easy thanks to the convenient lifts. The price was very competitive, especially when compared to other storage options in the surrounding areas, and I felt I got great value. The best part of my experience was the smooth transition and the constant, helpful support from the team from the moment I arrived until I left. I highly recommend this location.
