I had a very smooth transition/onboarding. Adam was a massive help and really made the whole process easier. Was good at explaining everything I needed to know clearly too. Give this man a raise! Overall great service.
I had this storage unit for over a year and, after reviewing my payments, I spent over £6,000. This was based purely on the size of the unit and what I needed it for at the time.Coming towards the end of the year, when I needed access to my belongings, I felt my hand was forced by Chris, which resulted in me having to pay nearly £1,000 just to resolve the situation.Management do not seem to take individual circumstances into consideration. The focus appears to be on collecting payments only, with no real support in place for customers who are struggling. While emptying my unit, I noticed several other units that were also behind on payments, yet staff were quick to cut bolts and take photos.That said, the remaining staff — Poppy and two other members (whose names I didn’t catch) — were genuinely helpful and did what they could to assist.I did my best to explain my situation clearly, but to Chris and his team, who ultimately give the final approval, it was deemed “not good enough.”Would I recommend this place? Yes and no. Yes, if you urgently need storage. No, based on the attitude and approach of certain staff members.I’m relieved to have moved on now. After doing further research, I’ve found several other storage facilities in the area offering similar services for a fraction of the cost.
Great amount of space, ample actually. Very useful hours of entry for price package. Day staff very friendly & approachable. Building clean & dry. No damp issues. Can be cold if using facility for long enough time in winter but better than it being too hot. Very useful carpark at rear & trolley availability.
