Storage is good, the typical metallic storage. It is safe and clean. Access is ok. But the service is really bad. I wasn't told that the lift wasn't working when I arrived (key information), and charged me without asking for a locker (when I had my own). Also had issues with the direct debit and they asked me to go to the office to fix it.
I am always using this service, I'd recommend to avoid this Big Yellow in Wapping and go to other branch. Especially if you're travelling abroad as their online client service is really bad.

Really good experience at Big Yellow Storage Wapping. Deji and Raphael were super helpful and made the whole booking process easy from start to finish. The whole process of getting a storage unit went smooth. Tom from customer service was very helpful by giving every single detail I needed. Then the team at the Wapping office was very helpful and patient.
I told them that I’ll be there a couple of minutes late and they were patiently waiting for me as it was close to closing time. Met Deji at the office and he did the paperwork in 12mins and got everything sorted in time.Thanks to the team that helped me.
