We had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Big Yellow Self Storage Centre today. It was really easy from start to finish and they had everything we needed to empty our unit. The centre has plenty of parking, is very easy to access and is in a good location. It was clean and tidy and it was comfortable inside for us to be in for a good chunk of the day! Michael made us feel very welcome in reception and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very professional and showed us around. The facilities were very good and we had no issues or problems during our visit. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Easy to organise and got keys same day. Ease of access anytime for good rates. Only had storage for 2 weeks and was easy to end the contract. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

The facility itself is clean, secure, and well run, and the staff have always been helpful. My concern is with the pricing model.We have rented here for just about a year and have already received two price increase notices. The first was 14% and the latest is 17.5%. Once your belongings are moved in, it becomes very inconvenient to move everything out, which I believe this company understands all too well. The claim in each letter that it is to ensure that the facility continually be updated and made batter, however I don't notice anything changing and the lift was out of service for nearly 3 weeks, which meant that we needed to carry our belongings up two flights of stairs.This is something I wish I had understood before renting. The facility is good, but future customers should be aware that the starting price will surely not reflect what they will be paying for long. And I should also point out that these increases do not reflect any sort of change to a new customer promotional rate. These increases both came after that was finished.
