The whole process of booking a container was simple from start to finish. Friendly and professional customer service. Container was clean and easy to access on the first visit. Instructions sent were spot on. Great to have access 24/7 and can leave knowing the compound is secure with electric gate that can only be accessed through an app, and cctv. Will definitely be recommending to anyone looking for short or long term storage.
Absolute chaos there is no room for 2 cars to get past your container i was up at Dundee one and they have put about 40 containers in the middle and if you have a container surrounding the ones in the middle if your at your container no one will get past its to tight there is room for a car and a bike so you will have to wait on the person at there container finishing then you will get to yours its shocking and they have the hard neck to put the prices up ! I'll be out of hear and go to kangaroo next month some one with no brain must have designed this lay out avoid at all cost !!!!
I've only been in the unit a few weeks so I can't really comment on how things are over the long term. However, so far i've been impressed with:-The price. I'm saving about 1/4 on my previous rental. -Size. I'm renting half a container. Which is great cos I don't need a full container, so saves me money. -Access. The automatic gate system makes it easy to get in and out. -Customer service. No issues with the rental system, and I met the site manager who seemed competent and approachable.
