I've only been in the unit a few weeks so I can't really comment on how things are over the long term. However, so far i've been impressed with:-The price. I'm saving about 1/4 on my previous rental. -Size. I'm renting half a container. Which is great cos I don't need a full container, so saves me money. -Access. The automatic gate system makes it easy to get in and out. -Customer service. No issues with the rental system, and I met the site manager who seemed competent and approachable.
Steve (the manager of the site) was incredibly helpful after I'd stupidly locked my padlock in the wrong place. He also explained how easy it was to automatically open and close the gate and reassured me of my safety. The container was extremely clean and I have no idea why I never utilised this service years ago! I now have a place to safely store books in a clean, dry, secure and safe environment. Thank you!
Used Monstore to store our belonging while going travelling and the customer service was outstanding. I had one problem (my fault) and Steve who dealt with it had it sorted quicker than I could ever imagine. Would recommend to anyone looking for storage.
Amazing service. Great location very secure. Easy to set up account and gain access. First time using a storage unit but will definitely use again if the need arises. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Super fast communication be it over the phone or email. Thank you
