The team was great, very helpful, I've booked the storage room ahead of time when moving from Kent to Dundee and I had several check ups from Bianca and Liam along the way to be sure I am happy with everything and it is alll going acording to plan. On arrival it turns out I needed a bigger storage room and Bianca easiely and kindly change it for us for bigger one. Great experience.
Bianca was massively helpful and polite over the phone helping us decide which size of container to choose. We came in today to see the storage container and finalise details and Liam gave us the best customer service we have had in a long time showing us around and helping us complete the sign up process. Fantastic team effort and highly recommend this very personable service.
