I requested a quote on line, immediately had a response and help offered straight away.Once in the facility, Lewis enabled me to find the most appropriate space for my belongings which feels clean, spacious and safe.A fast, friendly, relaxed efficient service. Highly recommended.
I moved on the 2nd January and reserved a 75 square foot room , I was greeted by a lovely lady who I didn’t catch the name unfortunatelyStefano is the gentleman who I dealt with and saved me over £100 by asking about my inventory and what I’ll be storing . He took me around to the different rooms allowing me to settle with the 30 square foot room . Like I mentioned , saving over £100 which after Christmas and starting the new year means a lot to myself with a young familyReally enjoyed my experience and staff are a real asset to the company
Very impressed as to how easy staff made it for us to use Big Yellow, from Ami supporting us with advice as to what we need, then helping us through the initial Booking process before Checking in…right through to Deb talking us through the sign in documentation before moving us in without any fuss (especially helping with the locks & lifts!) Their customer service and knowledge of the business & processes etc was excellent! Both came across friendly & professional with nothing being too much trouble! Thanks Ami & Deb!
