Absolute joke of a company.When we first moved in, they went into our lockup without permission.Fast forward months. Let them know we are leaving the lockup, confirmed what we had done with the key. Like to charge you extra fees for not telling them the lockup is left clear and tidy. Rude, obnoxious staff. Go elsewhere, plenty of other options.
Staff is friendly, and it’s easy to access. I book it through online and it’s much cheaper than others storage sites. Would consider them if I need the service again!
Great location, reasonable price. I have been using my storage of a size of a big telephone booth for around 2y. Lovely bunch of super helpful staff was always there for me whenever I had the access issue or simply changed the address :) I don't need it anymore, since moved into bigger property, but would definitely use them again if needed. I had a very good experience with the UK Storage Company. The team answered all my questions and guided me through the process including what size of unit I would need. The website was easy to use and update my access needs. The facility itself was clean and accessible (all one one level, got the van within a few meters of the unit). Checking in and out was simple and convenient.I also found the staff to be friendly, professional, and helpful. They made me feel safe and secure during a stressful house move!
