Cant get past the gate. Key codes dont work. Been here 3 times to unload over the last 24 hours and been in the phone to them numerous times which was painful to say the least. Site also unmanned during opening hours so no help either. Had to stay another night and extend van hire in the hope the gate works. Not happy. Update. You have to drive your vehicle all the way up to the gate before the keypad works! It doesnt work if you just park near the gate.

Can't fault this at all. I was so happy with the service. I felt respected and important. This site is easy to access for customers yet very very secure; and that was very important to me when storing my late husband's belongings while I got it all sorted. I can't thank them enough. I will definitely use UK Storage Company again. Great for short term storage, I used for 6 months. Very competitive prices, convenient location too just off the motor way.

UK storage are fantastic. The site is easy to get to and navigate. The lockers are clean and secure, but this is all the functional stuff.What UK storage totally excel at is customer service.From start to finish the experience was superb. From the initial chat on the phone, the text message details about security details, to the follow up call after I'd left, the team were brilliant.I really don't think there was anything more they could have done to help.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Units are incredibly unsecure. The site got broken into by someone with nothing more than a simple crowbar. Almost all of the units including mine were opened. You could see just how easily the doors had been popped open, with next to no effort and a single crowbar. UK storage came back with nothing but excuses, no compensation, and no plans to improve the feeble security on the site. The locks are an absolute joke, how they manage to get insurance is beyond me, no security officer would sign off on this.Take a look at the photos for just how pathetic the locks are, and how easily the doors can be popped open.Also see how the divide between units has a big gap at the top. Yes, you can see into adjacent units to see what they have stored. Yes, you can throw stuff over, damage with water and alike.Don't believe any of their claims of security, nor any of the fake reviews from friends and staff.2nd UPDATE: Soon after writing this review they called me up to offer compensation and try to get me to take the review down. No way. People deserve to know the truth, they deserve safe storage. I wonder how many other negative reviews have they paid off?3rd UPDATE: You can see their response below: - Funny how you offered me compensation to take this review down, which I refused. If this review was financially motivated surely I would have taken that? The fact is it looks like I'm the first person you've not been able to buy off - Thanks for confirming that you've absolutely no intention of improving the pitiful locks, so the units will remain just as vulnerable. A new camera and light so that you get a better image of the man "of average height, average build, dressed all in black and not showing his face" that's already left with the goods, doesn't improve security in the slightest. - I've spent over an hour speaking to your staff on the phone, receiving nothing but attitude and asinine excuses. Now I've left this review suddenly you want to speak to me on the phone and offer to buy me off? Says everything about your company.4th UPDATE: Locked out of my unit: - They've told me that they've changed my locks as they needed to make some "cosmetic" changes to my unit, i.e. hide how easily it was broken in to. They said they were sending me new keys in the post. THAT WAS OVER A WEEK AGO! So no, they haven't sent my keys. It would appear that they are now holding my goods hostage to try to get me to take this honest review down! Disgusting how this company operates. I'd rather take them to court than take this review down.My experience, the photos of the inadequate locks, and the response you can see below tells you everything you need to know about this company.
