Cant get past the gate. Key codes dont work. Been here 3 times to unload over the last 24 hours and been in the phone to them numerous times which was painful to say the least. Site also unmanned during opening hours so no help either. Had to stay another night and extend van hire in the hope the gate works. Not happy. Update. You have to drive your vehicle all the way up to the gate before the keypad works! It doesnt work if you just park near the gate.
Very efficient team and system ….booked my unit , got entry code and lock as promised on the exact day I needed the lock up . When empty , i emailed the team and a prompt refund of overpayment was made very quickly . Well done guys .
Can't fault this at all. I was so happy with the service. I felt respected and important. This site is easy to access for customers yet very very secure; and that was very important to me when storing my late husband's belongings while I got it all sorted. I can't thank them enough. I will definitely use UK Storage Company again. Great for short term storage, I used for 6 months. Very competitive prices, convenient location too just off the motor way.
UK storage are fantastic. The site is easy to get to and navigate. The lockers are clean and secure, but this is all the functional stuff.What UK storage totally excel at is customer service.From start to finish the experience was superb. From the initial chat on the phone, the text message details about security details, to the follow up call after I'd left, the team were brilliant.I really don't think there was anything more they could have done to help.
