Not straightforward pricing. Overpriced. Monthly rental+insurance+24haccess+Non DD fees+Invoice sent on the day of payment and storage locked on the same day without any warning nor time to make the payment. Corporate greed on full display with this one.Edit: Thanks for the corporate response to the review, very much appreciated. £130 was my expected monthly rent, £180 is what I am ending up paying. Your price match of 5 miles is convenient considering your location. Insurance is your responsibility not mine, it becomes mine if as you say I wanted enhanced protection, bottom line it's your storage your responsibility, you are mandated to have insurance but why wouldn't you charge your customers for it innit? Again, corporate greed. Moved. Nearly £80 less for the same size, 24h access and insurance (basic) is included as it should. Best of luck for the future and I'll make sure to recommend a more considerate business then this one to whoever asks.

Very new / modern facility with easy access, friendly customer service who sorted out my slight dispute over final payment.
Would have given 5 stars if cleaning & maintenance cost had been made more visible at set up of contract.
Also main gate was open on two occasions I visited due to mechanical problems however on my final visit all in working order.
Despite these minor issues would highly recommend.

Excellent, value-for-money storage with great customer service. As a first time storage user I didn't know what to expect or how to proceed. I have to say it was a faultless experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly helpful with a good knowledge of their services and a friendly, professional attitude - they made everything so easy for me. I had a super secure and clean unit with goods trolleys on hand to move heavier objects. Plenty of parking space to load and unload my vehicle and numerous cameras stationed in and around the building which made me feel completely safe while accessing my unit on my own. I'm happy to recommend UK Storage Weston-super-Mare and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

It was very easy to organise storage, the website was very clear about the size of container and procedures in place. I was then phoned and told about an offer that would save me some money which was great. Every time we visited the whole site was very clean and secure. I was a bit concerned about cancelling because a lot of companies require notice in writing, but I needn’t have worried one phone call was all it took. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and helpful, we would definitely use them again if needed.
