I’ve had a really good experience with Blue Self Storage. The whole process was straightforward and easy to use, and the storage unit was clean, secure and easy to access.For me, the 24/7 access was a massive bonus. I often needed to get to my storage later in the afternoon or at weekends, so being able to access my own unit whenever I needed to was really important.The facility is also easy to get in and out of, which made moving things in and out much less of a hassle. Overall, I found Blue Self Storage really convenient, accessible and hassle-free, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for flexible storage.
Recommended - Great location, affordable pricing , very easy to access, instructions clear, up to date and accurate.
Excellent customer service from Sharon during the initial set up process for a Tyneside site unit - she was very helpful in sorting out a space last minute and then assisting us once access was given. The unit was clean and tidy on entry and the QR code system for entry and exit feels secure.
