Needed storage which was a good price and secure and ideally you could drive right up to since my house move was delayed. This was well above my expectations. Brilliant price (first 2 months) and felt like driving into Fort Knox. Staff were great, especially Isobel.
I recently signed up for a self-storage unit, and overall the experience has been very positive. The booking process was straightforward and could be done entirely online, which made things quick and convenient. I appreciated the clear pricing structure—there were no hidden fees, and I could easily choose a unit size that suited my needs.On arrival, the facility was clean, well-lit, and felt secure. Access was simple, via QR code, and I liked that I could come and go during extended hours without hassle. Alex, Blue self storage staff, was friendly and helpful. She contacted me very quickly following the online sign up to answer any questions and provide a personal welcome.The storage unit itself was in very good condition. Dry, spacious, and easy to access. A nice touch was the packet of Haribo and bottle of water placed next to the padlock inside, much needed after heavy lifting. Security features such as CCTV, gated access and dog handler patrols gave me peace of mind that my belongings were safe and secure.I would definitely recommend using Blue self storage.(Ammended as posted review to Bristol instead of Bridgend).
Fantastic service. Easy access and ease of entry. QR code to enter, lock ups are all numbered with allocated numbers. Good lighting outside. Great communication. Great prices, clean, well maintained. All information very detailed sent with welcome pack. Nice touch with water and sweets. Would highly recommend.
