Claim to be the "Cheapest Self Storage in South Wales" and will price match and company like for like like their advertisements until you actually present then with a quotation and they say no without any reasoning behind that decision, the receptionist I spoke to on the phone was really rude with a awful telephone manner, because of signal dropping and she couldn't hear me rudely hang up the phone several times mid conversation.If you want to speak to a polite receptionist and actually are looking for the cheapest self storage in South Wales I highly recommend using Birchwood portable cabins in pyle industrial estate

Great company and very reasonably priced. Shopped around before committing to BIG GREEN SELF STORAGE in Bridgend. I’ve been storing with them since April 2021 and have full access 24hours a day.The container is dry, clean and in a secure compound which has security cameras and NPR for access.BGSS provided a heavy duty lock for £30 which I will receive back once I no longer require it.The office staff are very helpful and polite and the monthly bill arrives promptly with enough advance warning to pay online.Highly recommend BIG GREEN SELF STORAGE. First class service and 5 start rating.
