I was absolutely blown away by how good the service at Big Yellow Storage at Ashton Gate was. I had to change my check-in date a couple of times, as well as the size of the room I was booking, and it was absolutely no trouble for them. Then they called the day before check-in to make sure everything was OK, and again they couldn't have been more helpful. And then the check-in process at the site was excellent, the security is great, and the facility is clean and straightforward. I really couldn't see anything they could improve. Moving out of my flat was pretty stressful for various reasons, but the customer service here made this part of it pretty stress-free.
Joe and Amie (different stores) were both superstars! Amie went above and beyond to reduce the cost of my storage, even using her own discount to help me! Further to this, I went to the wrong shop - but Joe was super helpful and he got the price down even further! Both of their skills in customer service is exceptional and they were both super friendly and nice. As a first time customer, I will be recommending BigYellow to my friends and family :)
