Such a pleasant experience from start to finish! Started by speaking with Shane on the phone - he answered all my questions, explained the initial payment and potential for pro rata refund if I didn't use the whole booking, and gave me a range of options to suit my budget. When I went in to finalise my booking, Mark and Darren were really kind and professional - I was given a cup of tea, shown the room I'd booked to make sure it was right, and taken through the whole process. When I mentioned that I wouldn't be moving in until the next day, they immediately moved the contract to give me maximum flexibility. Everything you need is onsite, and they even set up your lock for you. Late access is reasonably priced. I highly recommend this service!
