Fantastic customer service from the 1st email with Adam through to after emptying the unit. Due to a new house not being immediately ready, I needed a storage unit for just 2 weeks. Jennings were more than happy to help, at a very competitive rate. Site is secure and unit was just what I needed. Would not hesitate to recommend Jennings to anyone

I needed a storage unit for around six months and made several calls to different storage facilities in the area at the start of the year. When I spoke with the gentlemen at Jennings Storage, they were head and shoulders above the others, professional, friendly, and very fairly priced.Their extended access hours were a huge advantage, as I could visit after work and on weekends without having to rearrange my schedule. The container itself was a great size and provided more than enough space for everything I needed. Security was excellent, and access was always straightforward.I have no hesitation in recommending Jennings Storage. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I stored my items with Jennings Storage for several years, and the three guys who run the storage site have been absolutely exceptional throughout. I don’t like listing exact names in reviews, but they know who they are, and they truly deserve the recognition. I think one of them has sadly recently left, which is a real loss, because their standards were outstanding.Nothing has ever been too much trouble. They’ve always been there to help, even during lockdown when they were working all hours to keep things running smoothly. Over the years, they’ve consistently gone above and beyond, supporting me in the evenings and at weekends whenever I needed extra storage or had any issues. You simply don’t find that level of dedication and genuine customer care these days.They are a real asset to Jennings Storage — the shareholders are incredibly fortunate to have (and have had) them. The recent expansions and upgrades on site are second to none, and everything now runs seamlessly because of their hard work, the standards they have set, and the professionalism they have installed.They set the benchmark for what exceptional customer service should look like, and it’s a standard that’s very hard for anyone else to match.I’ll definitely use them again in future, assuming the same level of staff and service remains.

Jennings Storage is simply outstanding! Julie, Arjun, and Adam are not only incredibly honest and friendly, but they also go above and beyond to support local businesses. Their customer service is second to none — professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. Without a doubt, the best storage company I have ever used. I will be trusting them with my storage needs for many years to come and cannot recommend them highly enough!
