The whole process was smooth, straightforward, and very well organised.Lola at reception was especially helpful – she was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the move-in process much less stressful. She made sure all the paperwork was sorted quickly and answered all my questions with patience.The facility itself is clean, secure, and easy to access. Lola was very helpful and I rang so many times before coming in, and I was greeted with a very friendly calm atmosphere! Ian sat and completed my paperwork with me which was very efficient. Patrick made me a lovely cuppa tea too! Everyone was very efficient and organised, calm and got my three cars worth of things moved into my unit within an hour.

The staff were friendly and professional, and I was set up in my storage room in less time than I expected. The technical aspects of registration, configuration, and usage were excellent -- both the website and the app are modern and have good UX. The facility's location is also perfect for me.
