I am personally scared to depart from my belongings but Dion the member of staff from reception was really helpful. Also Sandra when she answered the phone was really warmly welcoming. What I like the most is the customer service from the beginning and no matter what I was worried about was clearly answered. No hidden secret what this storage is all about.
The staff at Big Yellow have always been super helpful and gone above and beyond. Recently we needed to upgrade our unit with almost no notice and Sandra helped everything turn over smoothly, subsequently providing much needed reassurance and support in helping reduce the stress in a high stress situation.
The service has been amazing through the years , secure , clean and staff very helpful. Shout out for Dion who did everything to make my experience here worth it.
I’ve been a long-term business customer at Big Yellow Byfleet, but the service has gone downhill under the new management. Prices have been pushed up for existing customers, even while better prices were available on their own website. Disappointing service from Sandra, who only followed up with her manager three weeks later, and from Dion, who claims 25 years of experience yet shows no respect for loyal business customers. It’s clear that long-standing customers are no longer valued, and the focus is simply on increasing rates. On the other hand, 5 stars to Ellie and the previous manager Lee — they always dealt with me perfectly and treated me with respect. You are truly missed here.
