Really great service and secure facilities. We were checked in and explained how everything works by Danny - he was super switched on and made us feel immediately at ease. Moving day is normally stressful, plus there’s some amount of checks & paperwork to get started, however Danny made the whole process engaging, and simple. The only reason it’s not a 5 star is because there were unexpected charges, which I’d have hoped could have been made clear from the start - however that is not at all the staff’s fault, if anything Danny very patiently went through all our questions. The transparency around charges would be the only thing I’d feedback regarding the overall process. Overall, would definitely recommend!
