I have had a fantastic experience with Vanguard. I previously enquired with another large storage company who constantly hounded me. I'm so pleased to have found Vangurard as the experience has been much more positive. I made an enquriy online and Andrew contacted me, no hard sell techniques and even suggested I get a smaller unit which saved me some money. I had to access the unit on a Sunday so Andrew sent through step by step instructions which were easy to follow. The actual set up at Vanguard is very impressive, good loading bays and trucks to use which save all the heavy lifting. The place feels very secure and you don't have to provide your own padlocks.Andrew also called me on Monday to ensure everything went smoothly. I cannot recommend Vanguard highly enough.

I can't rate the service here highly enough, I made an enquiry only a few days before needing storage and everything was arranged quickly and with the best customer service I've ever experienced. Andy was absolutely incredible and helped every single step of the way, from reserving my unit, collecting everything I needed storing, to explaining how everything works and getting it into the unit. I wouldn't have been able to do any of this without him. A massive thank you! I'd recommend in a heartbeat.

Today I visited Vanguard in Swinton to rent a storage unit. The service was excellent – fast, straightforward, and very clear. Andy helped me with everything, and he was absolutely professional, helpful, and friendly. I am very satisfied with the whole experience and would highly recommend this place.

Spent many months at the storage, I had a seamless experience even when leaving. So quick and easy, literally just needed one week notice. People that work there are amazing, especially Amanda and Andy, they make this place truly special I always received outstanding service from them that made me want to return each time.
