Absolutely stellar customer service. They walked me through all of the possible options, letting me decide what room for me best. Very professional. Even sent me a Christmas card during the holidays. Entire process, from initial steps, accessing storage, and clearing out were all very simple and direct. Highly reccomend.
Anil and his team were great from the start. From the initial enquiry and first look around to helping with sign-up and organising their free man-(woman in our case)-with-a-van service, the whole team were friendly, professional, and helpful. The location is unbeatable and always spotlessly clean, and the free coffee is great! The rates are very competitive. Highly recommended!
From my first visit, when Anil showed me the units and answered all my questions patiently, to Lee’s prompt delivery of boxes when Amazon left the ones I originally ordered in the rain — and then answering my SOS when I realised I needed more! Since then, Michael and Maya have answered more queries and guided me through the registration process so kindly. The whole team have been consistently helpful, responsive and genuinely caring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I know my belongings are going to be very happy at Vanguard!
