We used Vanguard Self Storage in Bath to store the contents of our house for a couple of months. The whole place is custom built, brand new and spotless. The units are easy to access and the reception area is very welcoming. There was always parking available and easy access to the loading bays with lots of trolleys available. The staff were fantastic especially in the beginning when showing us different size units and going through all the pricing options.
The location worked brilliantly for us and the cost was very competitive for an above average quality service.
They also have a great selection of packing materials available on site which were excellent quality.
Overall it is a great facility with great staff.

Great Service and Clean Facility!I had a wonderful experience at Vanguard Bath. Michael and Lee were incredibly helpful and informative throughout our visit, taking the time to answer all of our questions. The building itself was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. On top of the great service, we were also offered good quality free coffee, which was a lovely touch. I highly recommend them!

We needed to store some household effects for a few months during home renovation works. Vantage were chosen because they offered a cost effective self-storage product and the Bath depot is clean, secure and convenient.Michael was courteous and helpful in showing us the storage facilities and guiding us through the sign-up process.The experience so far has been easy and straightforward.

Anil and Lee were fantastic to deal with and were willing to go above and beyond for me despite only being a short term customer before moving back overseas. Would absolutely recommend Anil and the Vanguard team to anyone looking for storage with great customer service in Bath.
