Everybody I came into contact with on behalf of Vanguard, treated me with courtesy and respect.In particular I would like to say an enormous thanks to Kelly, who over the years has been the first point of contact and the person I had the most amount of contact with, has stood out with her professionalism, patience, helpfulness and charm. I made a career as a Sales Director and understand the importance and advantages of great customer care.I would (and do!) recommend Vanguard and would be only too happy to use your services again should the need arise.
From start to finish everyone at Vanguard was incredibly helpful. I have never put anything in storage before so didn't understand how it all worked, but I was given guidance, advice, a padlock and prompt, helpful and extremely polite responses. If and when I do this again, I will definitely go to Vanguard (whose amazing Santas, tanks, helicopters etc I have always admired too!) Thank you Vanguard!
