Extremely poor experience at Vanguard Storage Chinatown/Soho. The lift has not been working for over a month, which makes it incredibly difficult and frustrating to access storage units—especially if you have heavy items.
Paying your storage rent regularly every month isn't enough to get the lift fixed, which has been out of order for a month. One of the two lifts, used by dozens of customers and traders every day, has been broken for a month. Since there is only one working lift, long queues are inevitable, and naturally, that single lift breaks down too due to overloading. If you have a health condition, a small child, or a buggy, get ready for a tough climb from level -7 to the ground floor. It is a complete nightmare for traders. But that’s no problem—just make sure you never miss a rent payment.
I had a great experience with Vanguard Storage Soho! The facility was secure and easy to access, and Ben and his team provided professional support and quick responses to all my queries. The checkout process was smooth and efficient as well. Highly recommend!
