Our move from a 4 bedroom house went really well and we honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The team were friendly, professional and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Pawel and Chris worked very hard and managed to pack the whole property in just one day. The loading and unloading looked completely effortless, everything was well wrapped, well organised and handled with care. The vehicles were clean, communication was great throughout and we always felt everything was under control. We’re genuinely happy with the service we received and already recommended them to friends who are moving soon. If we ever need to move again, we wouldn’t hesitate to book them.

London Removals made my move surprisingly easy. The booking process was simple. Kino and Steve answered my questions quickly and made everything straightforward. On moving day, the team arrived exactly when they said they would and were friendly and professional. They moved my boxes and furniture without any problems and were very careful with my things, especially since I’d just decorated. I was very happy to see that nothing was damaged and the place was left clean. They even handled extra tasks I hadn’t considered, always with a positive attitude. Overall, I’m really pleased with the service. If you want movers who care about doing a good job, I’d recommend London Removals. They made moving house much less stressful than I expected.

Avoid at all costs. I used this company late last year and thought they were fine enough that I could book them again for my subsequent move. I scheduled a video chat with one of their representatives and went through my whole house opening every door and showing behind every corner. I was promptly given a quote which I paid in full. After the move is done, I received an invoice requiring £600 more. They claimed that I have more things moving to storage than I had initially presented. Considering that I had a video chat, I don’t know how that’s possible. Then, after the move, my building management informed me that they had damaged the communal areas. This is something I would’ve expected the company to have informed me. My management then told me that they needed to charge me for the damage which I forwarded to Steve, the person I’d been in touch with all this time. I was assured that would be taken care of. But it was not. Eventually they only offered to pay half. And if that wasn’t enough, I moved all my things to their storage facility and they’re holding it hostage until I pay this money that I never consented to. Not the experience I expected.
