The facility is in great condition, is secure and a great location. But had many difficulties trying to use the storage initially. The first being that my welcome mail did not contain all the necessary information which meant I hired and packed a van to move into storage but then couldn’t get into my unit so had to repeat the process a couple days later at my own expense. And then when I went back the second time the code I was sent for the lock on unit was I was given was incorrect which nearly led to late charges on the rental van a second time. Fortunately for me the move wasn’t so time sensitive that I was left completely stranded but it was concerning. Would suggest checking in with company before moving day to try avoid some of issues that seem to creep through their welcome email.Edit: I initially rated this 3 stars but the team at Metro-Storage have been great at reaching out to me and resolving the issue. Obviously taking considerable effort to look after customers.

We are happy with out storage space, opening times and accessibility. The on-site staff have been courteous and helpful. We have been kept informed of changes to access requirements by email. Storage space and insurance are expensive, but this is balanced by the opening hours and convenience of the location.

Everything has been secure and fine recently except that loud piped in music and radio is annoying. Has management paid for the rights to play the station? I know that other businesses open to the public such as barbers or hairdressers are no longer able to play music in particular without obtaining copyright.

Mostly very satisfied. Just one thing: for a while there was only one working cart. Now there are two but I find them a bit hard to use. I did store things at Big Yellow for a while and their carts were easier to use. Not sure why. Otherwise all is well.
