Amazingly responsive even at a weekend. We rented one and then two units during a house refurb. Booked both at short notice and got codes through within a few hours. Place immaculate/ clean and access arrangements felt secure. All good. Would use again.
Very clean and organised storage - loved that I didn’t have to be in person to sign up. My schedule is quite hectic I don’t have a lot of time and it’s the reason I chose Metro, they seemed to understand the need to make it completely autonomous very clever.Communication was great and the space is clean. The only complaint is that there were no toilets (I may be wrong) but there didn’t seem to be any. It wouldn’t deter me from using this service again I had a great experience with this company.
