Highly recommend this company if you need to arrange storage, short term or longer term. I needed storage for a couple of months, whilst I was in between moving places. The Team at Metro Storage, were so friendly, efficient and extremely helpful, from the receptionist ~ to Gaius, who helped show me around the premises, explained how it works and answered any queries very promptly ~ to Laura in accounts, who helped manage my requirements, when I had a last minute change to my move in date and needed the storage unit for a few extra days. The team at Metro Storage have been so helpful, really great customer service all round and if I need a storage unit again, I will definitely be calling you. The storage unit & premises at Pimlico were really clean, safe with easy flexible access times. A little note of thanks also for your recommendation with Charlie the removalist, he was also so super efficient friendly & helped make moving my things out of storage easy & stress free! If I could give your organisation more than 5 stars I would! Thanks again for the great customer service!
Excellent facility in the heart of London. Very easy access by car. Lots of storage options and so the units are spotless. 3 tiers of security kept me reassured that my belongings were safe. Highly recommended.
