Terrible customer service, I was told I could visit the site to check the unit size prior to signing up, when I got there they told me I couldn't come in without an account.

Good location close to MCR City Centre. Great access set up and easy to use. Other users are friendly and helpful and showed us how to open the storage unit doors. Well organised and easy to book urgent storage on the day!Can’t say enough about how I love to use this storage facility. You can park your car or van right next to the unit allowing easy loading and unloading. The driveway is wide enough to drive all the way around the one way road! Would highly recommend this site if you want affordable storage close to City Centre. It’s just perfect! Well done Storebox and will definitely use this facility again on a future occasion.
Terrible service. Took my money, then day before I’m sure to move my stuff in tell me they don’t have my requested size and want to charge me 4 times the price for a bigger one! Completely left me high and dry! Do not use. Can’t run a business!
Store box has to be the best storage facility I have ever used in Manchester. It was easy to set up, the units are superb, the facilities are top notch and the staff are one in a million. Always on hand to service every need no matter how small it may be. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone who needs a storage solution.
