Very good experience, nice with good customer approach. Taking customers interest first with lots of smiles that come deep from the mind. I will definitely extend this experience to my friend. Such a wonderful and lovely guys most especially the guy called Axel . They're so nice and dedicated.
I would not use this company twice i have had problems latest one today. Yesterday I called to confirm I could store my bike went through the specifics etc. Booked it. Sent my bike and possessions from Coventry to Salford to have them turned away over some drip tray requirement (which wasnt explained) I was only told that it needed to be drained of fuel. To then call another store and she wasnt even clear on the terms and conditions herself. I have lost £360 in total over it.! Honestly go else where !!
Super easy renting out a space! Axel and Kaine were lovely at the front desk also and helped locate everything I needed to help while I'm moving around. Will definitely be using Shurgard's services any time I need an insured space :) Thank you!
