I had to chase a refund for a lock that was never provided on 3 separate occasions. When I went to empty my container, all of my items and the container smelled horrific. I think the smell was coming from the unit behind mine. Absolutely disgusting, won't use again.
Affordable, secure storage in a good location. We had problems getting into the unit on the day we booked - I recommend starting with them on a working day when there's definitely going to be someone in the office, because the New Business team will just slam the phone down on you when they find out you're not ringing to hand over credit card details. But now we're in it's great, and overall I'd say it's worth the hassle.
Had a unit at Trafford park for a few years. Never any problems and staff always on hand, polite and friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Store box again should the need arise.
The account is under my mother’s name and card details, I have used my cards to make one off payments only. Today I look at my accounts and see that Storebox has taken money from one of my bank accounts, attempted to take it twice from my other one, and hasn’t even bothered to charge the correct account which is my mothers! I will be asking for a refund, what they have done is illegal as I specifically stated that they should not save my card details for future payments, and what they have done is essentially theft. Absolutely furious with the service of this company.
