Highly recommend. Been a customer for years. Fantastic customer service, never had and problems.
I used storebox, Trafford park for my recent move to store my furniture. I received clear instructions about my unit and how to check in. My movers found this very easy and locked up using the instructions given. All questions were answered by the team and will be using again in the future if I’m ever in between moves again.
I had to chase a refund for a lock that was never provided on 3 separate occasions. When I went to empty my container, all of my items and the container smelled horrific. I think the smell was coming from the unit behind mine. Absolutely disgusting, won't use again.
