I had such a great experience at Big Yellow New Malden, especially thanks to the front desk staff member (I believe his name is Tristan Williams), who was working on 7th and 8th September. He’s a very polite, kind and professional young man, and he really helped me a lot during a very stressful moment. Because my van was delayed, I arrived much later than planned. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to check in, but Tristan still kindly helped me complete the process. This saved me from having to take all my belongings back home and then come back the next day, which would have cost me extra time and money. I was truly grateful for his understanding. Later, when I accidentally set off the alarm by entering the storage building without using the code (as I didn’t know the rules), Tristan came over to explain everything very patiently, without making me feel embarrassed. He was so nice and reassuring throughout the whole process. He even noticed that I am a student and helped me apply the student discount（cover the insurance） right away, without me even needing to ask. His professionalism, kindness, and efficiency made the whole experience smooth and positive. If all storage staff were as helpful and considerate as Tristan, I would always choose Big Yellow and recommend it to all my friends. Thank you so much, Tristan — you really made a big difference!

Just taken out a new storage unit with Big Yellow, New Malden. Having spoken to Sheila on the phone and dealt with Laura in person, I am very impressed with the attentive service so far. The facilities are great too (except maybe the customer toilet…)
