A big thank you to Rick for the excellent customer service.I arrived around 4:30pm with two shelving units to assemble before organising my storage. By the time I’d finished building them, it was already closing time. Rick kindly extended my access until 11pm, which meant I had enough time to get everything organised instead of having to come back another day.He really went the extra mile, and I can’t thank him enough. I’d highly recommend this storage facility for both the excellent service and the helpful staff.
We've had the best and most helpful experience and the staff are just so friendly and always happy to help with whatever we have needed. Would thoroughly recommend, thank you Big Yellow Tolworth, with a big shout out to Judith for lending me some tools last minute, life saver!
Renting with Big Yellow is a breath of fresh air! After ‘sorry, no you can’t talk to the store manager’ Shurgard, it couldn’t be more different. Every human being encountered offered full on, helpful and compassionate guidance during one of the most stressful times of my life. Nothing is too much trouble and, unlike their anonymous competitor, they don’t give away your unit, then say ‘oopsie!’. Price is great but that’s really not what sets them apart. Old school customer service in the 21st century is def much-needed in a world full of bots - and a unique selling point. Bravo! 5 stars all round. 🙏
