I needed a last minute place and Susan saved me. In a couple of minutes we were setting up the contract online since I was abroad. To my surprise, when I actually saw the place, I was stunned by the services, cleanness and places to park there. It is so comfortable! And they make it super flexible to upgrade or downgrade. I moved from my family home of 35 years last July 2024 and I had to store all my belongings until November 2024 with Curries. Throughout this time, they were helpful, supportive and patient and nothing was too much trouble. I found a smaller house to move to in November 2024 and since then I have had two and now one storage unit at Curries. Misleading Price Match PolicyI was interested in using this storage company because they advertised a price match with nearby competitors. However, after reaching out, I was told they only match prices within 3 miles — something that wasn’t mentioned upfront.This feels misleading. If you’re going to promote a price match, it should be clear what the conditions are. Limiting it to 3 miles defeats the purpose for many customers. Disappointing experience.
Sue, Fatima and Randeep are friendly, accommodating and professional - they were flexible and accommodating for my all my moves and even made me a cup of tea on a freezing move day. They made the experience feel personalised. The facilities are spotless, superbly maintained and secure. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
