I have been getting my car serviced by Currie Motors Isleworth for the last 14 or so years and have always been extremely satisfied. The staff are all very polite and friendly. On this occasion it was Christopher who looked after me, from start to finish he provided excellent service, so once again I'm a very happy customer. Thank you Currie Motors.
Today I had the best customer service Toyota just seems to be a company that just keeps giving so far so good. Everything was seamless from the booking of the service, through the service centre staff to the job itself. Rhianna one of the receptionist at Toyota Isleworth was so welcoming and helpful, I was greeted with a warm smile nothing was too much for her, Rhianna explained the whole process following the drop off of my car and key handover, she reassured me that the team would keep me updated on my car’s progress via the sent link which I liked and appreciated . In addition to my intended service I mentioned a small scratch on my car acquired at the airport on the drivers side which she noted and assured me she would note this on the system so I could speak to someone from the body shop. Following my Dash cam fitting I was introduced to Glen who checked out the scratch, he was extremely polite and professional and quickly touched it up for me with no fuss and returned the car back to me in it’s original scratch free state. I cannot thank you enough for understanding and providing attention to detail for my new car. EM is such a sweet person she introduced me to the engineer who would be fitting my front and rear dash cameras and informed me when the work was completed. The engineer worked in a timely manner and left my car in a clean and tidy state on completion of the work. Thank you ☺️ Chris supported me with connecting my Toyota App which I was having trouble with since my purchase of the car in March 2026, he was very patient and understanding and although this was not his remit, he went above and beyond to ensure I was familiar with the key features of the App explaining it’s benefits especially when tracking my driving activity in ‘My Grange ‘ Thank you Chris🌟I appreciate your efforts. Paying for this service was actually a pleasure such good customer care is sadly not the norm everywhere. I received first class service from them all and will definitely be going back to this service centre in the future to complete any work my car needs . Chris provided excellent service at the Toyota centre. He completed the service for my Toyota professionally and was incredibly helpful with setting up the equipment in my car. He explained everything in detail, including what maintenance I will need in the future and when the next service should be done. Very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. I really appreciated his help and would highly recommend him to anyone visiting the Toyota centre.
