I had a fantastic experience with Yellow Storage - Bromley. I first spoke to Charlie on the Friday after making an online enquiry — he was incredibly helpful, really listened, and asked all the right questions to understand what I needed.When I arrived at the store, Nick and Tim were just as impressive. Both were super helpful, happy to answer any questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. All three of them were friendly, professional, and genuinely great to deal with.Although it’s a little more expensive than some other storage options, it’s absolutely worth it for the level of customer service you receive. Highly recommended!

Immediate call back from Nick when clicking through the website, who explained everything very clearly and had me set up to store everything at short notice when I was let down by a van rental.Tim signed me up at the desk which was also seamless and v pleasant! Storage seems very secure and at least as much room as was described on the website.

Phoned up to rent a storage unit and I was helped by Tim on the phone who explained everything over so well and helped me pick the perfect size for my storage unit, it was a really easy and quick process. He also forwarded over some movers that could help move the stuff into the storage unit which was very helpful! I then was met by Nick at reception who was really nice and really explained everything and helped me with my contract and also helped me with the packaging I need to protect my belongings. Overall lovely experience and happy I chose this storage company, will definitely recommend! :)
