Needed some extra storage for a short while in order to do some renovations. The team here took great care of me, (special shout out to Lloyd, Shweta, Jade, Moshood for their 5 star treatment) showing me around and discussing my options. They even let me change the size of my booking at last notice which was such a relief. Ended up staying with them for longer than planned and got my money back for any early cancellations. Fantastic, you can't really ask for more.

The facility was clean, secure, and well organised, giving me confidence that my belongings were safe. I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Lloyd at Big Yellow Storage in Southall Ealing side. He’s been incredibly kind and thoroughly professional in every aspect of helping me out. He made everything super easy, got me a fantastic deal, gave me a bunch of advice to make my stay easier with the new app etc and really took the time to walk me through all my options. He even showed me multiple locker units and made sure I ended up with the perfect one, especially swapping me to a different space when he noticed one locker had a beam that might limit space. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his job and his customers. Genuinely lovely character is Lloyd and so is the other lady and Staff I spoke to on the phone - a really great experience overall. 5 stars from me. Danny, Ealing
