I’ve been served by Jade and Lloyd at Big Yellow Storage West Ealing on multiple occasions, and their service is always phenomenal.Today, I managed to lose the keys to my storage unit, and the way they handled the situation was brilliant. They were calm, helpful, and solution-focused from start to finish. Needed some extra storage for a short while in order to do some renovations. The team here took great care of me, (special shout out to Lloyd, Shweta, Jade, Moshood for their 5 star treatment) showing me around and discussing my options. They even let me change the size of my booking at last notice which was such a relief. Ended up staying with them for longer than planned and got my money back for any early cancellations. Fantastic, you can't really ask for more.
