Stefan was an absolute pleasure and made the whole process of checking in feel not just smoother and easier, but actively pleasant. He offered a friendly human touch that I wouldn't have expected from a large company, and remained that way regardless of it being a busy day which I really commend. He was helpful and explained things clearly and I'm really glad to have had him through my first experience self-storing.

I would definitely recommend Big Yellow Self Storage. Stephan and Chris were very patient and accommodating when comparing storage units to figure out what would be best, with cost and time lengths in mind, as a student storing their things over the summer. Really friendly staff, self guided entry/ exit access and very affordable.
