Michelle was super helpful and accommodating following our move down from London to Bournemouth. We’d had a long journey with lots of traffic so were running late, but Michelle was patient, talked us through everything we needed and even stayed on after closing to make sure we were all ok. Very much appreciated and would highly recommend!
Met Samantha at reception. Lovely and welcoming and easy to chat to. Was shown the space I'd reserved 1st and then offered another one that was a better shape. Which i appreciated. Everything explained well and made everything nice and clear. Bit more expensive than I was expecting. But worth it for the reassurance.
