I used this storage facility for several months without issue. I paid as agreed and complied with all terms.
I was then instructed to vacate the premises immediately after the company claimed that a piece of mail had arrived containing an “illegal substance”. The item was not addressed to me, was never tested, and was never verified as illegal in any way. The decision was based entirely on assumption.
Despite this, I was given no choice but to leave immediately.
To make matters worse, after forcing me to vacate, the company then refused to refund my £20 padlock deposit, which is criminal theft. Ironic, considering.
This was handled poorly, without due process or fairness. I would strongly caution anyone using this company that you can be removed at short notice based on assumption alone, with no meaningful recourse, and they'll steal your money.

I love the friendly staff at A-Storage. The self storage units are clean, well‑maintained and easy to access. The security feels solid and the pricing is cheap for personal storage. The checkout process was quick and the team answered all my questions. Excited to return for my next storage need.

I love the convenience of the 24 hour access at A‑Storage – it feels like my items are always just a few steps away. The drive‑up units are easy to maneuver and the gate opens quickly, so I can pop in and out without any hassle. If happiness had a location on Google Maps, it would be right here at this secure storage facility. Highly recommend for anyone who needs reliable personal storage.
