We used secures spaces for a year and it went really well, we only stopped because we moved to a bigger house will definitely use again if we need more space!

Absolutely brilliant company to use for your storage. Very clean, good security and I was given a personal code to access the property. The owner is very friendly and I would highly recommend this company

Very appalling service. Absolutely Disgusting. Don't ever go near that place at all !!! Not only I was lied about the unit at the very beginning when I had to move in but just now I learn that Carl from Secured Spaces charges electricity too. I left on 03.11.2024 after I paid £300 for a unit and the last two months I had to pay £360 because of their lies. Today I was notified from my bank that secured spaces charged me 13.66. When I rang Carl he explained that it was a charge for electricity usage as I had a power point in my unit. If you don't want unexpected unpleasant surprises - do not ever bother even to visit this place.!!!! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Not happy at all. Signed a contract for one year at £300.00 but the guy missed to say that VAT registration was not included and now as he added it on top the price went up to £360.00. That's way too expensive for a storage area. There is no proper toilet facilities - toilet is outside in the freezing cold in winter and no hot water to wash your hands,no toilet paper or hand drier or a hand towel papers. No bins whatsoever as they cost them too much money. So the occupants needs to bring their own toilet paper, towels/paper towels. All the rubbish you have to carry out with you to the nearby place to throw... For the money that is paid - that is not good enough. One guy already left - I am looking for another storage and I am out too asap. I do not recommend this storage area to anyone.
