I've used Big Yellow in Portsmouth a few times now, and I've never had a problem. The staff, Amanda, Rob and the others are the most helpful of people. Friendly and very professional. But also incredibly helpful. I did try another company once but they were rude and so impersonal, I would not give them a one star review. I would also like to say how clean the Big Yellow is, so hats off to whoever looks after that.. personally I would recommend them to anyone looking fo storage. I’ve had a really excellent experience with Big Yellow Flexi Offices in Portsmouth. The site is clean, secure and very well organised, but what really makes the difference is the staff.Josh in particular is absolutely brilliant. He is friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions without rushing.
