Atrocious service. Turned up 20 minutes before their published closing time (the earliest I could get there from work), and they refused to talk to me with "we can't show you around in 5 minutes". "We've been here 9 to 5 the entire week and you turn up just before we close?" The staff seemed genuinely bemused that I turned up wanting to be a customer.This was the 3rd attempt to talk to someone with a previous attempt being rebuffed with "it's our year end, we don't have time"So I drive to ENI Storage and still got there 10 minutes before their closure time.

This is a great way to store anything from the contents of your flat to maybe just a work shop space . Very well located and great service with additional security cameras keeping all your items locked and safe .

We've used Havant self store for a while, and they've always been so lovely. When my dear Nan passed away in June, I needed somewhere to store a few pieces of furniture from her flat and the lady who I believe is Hayley was great. She remembered, when my mum hired her storage container when my Nan moved down from London. The empty containers are well kept clean and tidy and the whole lockup is well secured with shutters, fob locked access doors and CCTV and in the office they have a small range of padlocks to purchase for the containers should you require one.

Fantastic customer service. Must note that their lift to first floor storage units is bespoke. Which with a can do mentality I can commend. The lift is a two post car hoist with a class two hgv's tail lift attached. Over all if your looking for self storage on the Havant ney I say south Hampshire area these are the people to hit up first. (Update) they've increased the amount of storage units upstairs and down.
