From the moment that Steve picked up the phone, I knew we’d called the right place. He was friendly, informative and gave me all the information I needed to make a swift decision. Check-in was seamless and everyone in the office was super friendly.The unit is clean tidy and accessible. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Armadillo Exeter!
Connors was fantastic, very polite and professional, greeted me with a handshake and smile, even though the lift was out of order, helped me get some items to the top of the stairs and presented a trolley when required. Even when some people seemed quite stressed he maintained a friendly atmosphere and kept people in good spirits. Even when he was walking around with a cleaning trolley he took the time to stop and see how I was doing and if I needed help. A valiant face for the company and I hope this gets seen by management. I'm glad my items are safe here at Armadillo Storage.

Amazing service! The staff were helpful and friendly throughout. For the first time, after storing our furniture for nine months, everything came out fresh—no damp smell at all, which has been an issue in the past. The entire move-in and move-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend armadillo.
