Absolutely wonderful family run business. I am neurodivergent and not only is the level of customer service I receive impeccable it also feels lovely and personal, Lydia is so kind and patient and has gone to great lengths to accommodate me whenever I’ve needed help with the administrative side of things! The units themselves are spacious and easily accessible 24hrs a day, very secure. Well worth the money and I’d more than recommend to anyone who needs some extra storage space!
Really good experience with Lockitstorage - great comms and for someone who has never rented a lockup before Lydia was super helpful throughout making it all very easy for me. Would use again if ever needed.
I used Lockitstorage during our recent move. I needed a lock up to store various items to make the move easier. They were a fantastic business to work with, they were friendly, helpful and most importantly extremely professional, nothing was too much trouble, i will definitely use them if i ever need storage again.
Lockitstorage have always gone above and beyond and have managed to fulfil my storage requirements even with little to no notice! Lydia is so friendly and easy to deal with. She really loves to help and has made my whole experience very simple and stress free.
