Brilliant customer service. The staff are always willing to lend in hand with anything and they are very supportive. The building is also very well looked after and clean.
I cannot speak highly enough of this storage facility and the level of customer service. Shelly was exceptional, she went through everything with me, from the initial contract right through to the leaving day. Very clean facility and good car park.
We needed storage quickly as my mother-in-law was getting discharged from hospital for palliative care and would be coming to live with us. We had little over 24 hours notice to change a living room into a hospital. The staff at Armadillo were wonderful, talking through options and showing me storage options. All was agreed and best prices given (which reduced as we went through the paperwork). The next morning the storage unit looks like my living room and my living room has a massive hospital bed. Great service and I thoroughly recommend Armadillo.
