Had a really great experience here! The staff were super kind. They even stayed 15–20 minutes after closing just to help me sort out the self‑check‑in and make sure everything was set up perfectly. Really appreciated that level of care.Just a quick heads‑up: you’ll need to pay a one‑week deposit without the 50% promo discount (they refund it at the end of the contract), and the insurance isn’t included in the initial quote, so the final cost might be a bit more than expected.Other than that, everything went smoothly and I’m really happy with the service. Big thanks to Tina Miles and the other staff member who helped me. (sorry I forgot your name!)
Great experience, I’ve used this storage multiple times, longest being nine months. I stored all my household goods worry free first in a 25sqm and then in 10sqm. Very professional service and help is always available. They are flexible to customer needs. Decent prices. Would highly recommend for short and long term storage.
