I have become a frequent customer at Big Yellow Self Storage in the last year due to far too many house moves, I rented a storage space for a period of months in 2025 and have been back and forth since to buy packing products, most recently on 04/07/26 when I requried more boxes urgently due to a house flood. I have always been met with a friendly face (and they go the extra mile to remember your name!), brilliant knowledge and patience. Max was extremely helpful and kind last week as always, thank you all so much for your continued help and for providing a brilliant service, written by Georgina.
I had a really great experience with Big Yellow Self Storage. Max was friendly, professional, and always happy to help with any questions.The facility was clean, secure, and very easy to access especially with the extended access option, I also found the pricing fair and the booking process simple and straightforward.I’m only staying for a short period this time but I know this is the company I’d use to come back to. I’d definitely recommend Big Yellow to anyone looking for reliable storage with excellent customer service.
