I am giving five stars for the customer service only, as I haven’t actually used the storage facility. But Courtney was fabulous, and so very helpful when I needed some of the weight, of the stress of moving house, lifting. She was kind, friendly and could support my logistical changes with flexibility and ease. I didn’t have to use the facility in the end as I was rescued by a friend, but wanted to let everyone know, that you’d be totally looked after by Courtney, when booking a space here!
Just rented a storage space with Big Yellow in Bracknell. My personal customer storage rep was Shannon. From our first contact Shannon, was bright, cheerful and a very good communicator. Shannon told me that she was new to the job but that didn’t deter her at all. Confident, she had a good grasp of her brief and answered my questions with ease.. All in all a very good experience.
