Big Yellow Bracknell has been an absolute godsend for us. Living in a 1 bed flat with almost no storage (no garage/loft/shed and only 1 storage cupboard), we got sick of living day to day surrounded by seasonal "stuff". Having a unit at Big Yellow gave us space to live in our home again. The staff are amazing and the space is really well looked after. It's so convenient too. Highly recommend.

I dealt with Sasha who was extremely warm and welcoming, her customer service skills are outstanding. She is personable and made the whole process (document signing etc.) feel so easy. Courtney was also lovely!
Sasha clearly cares about the customers she deals with and is passionate about her job, what topped it all off for me is that she recognised a customer coming to their locker and welcomed him by name, true customer service!
